I ordered a lamp on December 1st, and as December 13 it still has not even shipped. Furthermore, online chat cannot tell me when I will recieve it. I wanted it for a christmas party. What's up with this?
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know when it will ship. If you need it in a specific timeline probably not a good idea to order with Lux Decor, since it been 3 weeks and they can't even tell me when I will get my items.
