This company started sending me telemarketing text messages a few months ago, and hasn't stopped even after I explained to them that they are violating federal and state laws. I am in the process of taking legal action against them. From what I can see, they like to advertise a lot, but don't respond to consumer concerns or complaints.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company. If they don't have a problem violating federal TCPA law, I am sure they have no problem doing other illegal things as well.
