I have only used the conditioner and I recommend! I am rarely compelled to write any reviews, but this one to me warrants a positive vote! I have fine, thick, wavy blond hair with some highlights, and I use heat styling, wash/condition about every 5 or so days. This conditioner leaves my hair soft, fresh, clean feeling, touchable, etc.! Get it! My thirsty hair drinks it in.
