If you are buying tickets from this company, understand that the sale is final. The agents are not trustworthy. At least the one I dealt with.

I requested a quote from Steve Odilov, who then badgered me into buying that ticket promising that it's fully refundable within 24 business hours (given that I was buying on Friday, he said I had until Monday). I called him the next day to cancel it, he said he will do it on Sunday when he is in the office. On Sunday he was unreachable. On Monday I called the general line, everybody I spoke to refused to give me management phone number transferring me to Steve, who told me that he can refund me only 95% of my ticket, and also refusing to connect me to management.
There is no accountability at the company. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to deal with it.
