Would give this 0 stars if I could. I was charged ~$500 for 5 months of subscription fees for an account that I could not log into. The forgot password option does not work. Every month my card got charged, I went into the website to cancel my subscription and guess what I can't log into the account, so let alone access and use their services, I can't even cancel my subscription! Eventually one day I took time out specifically to cancel this subscription and created a trouble ticket to log into the account. The password reset email did not reach me until I was charged for another month, and exchanged at least 8 correspondences with the support personnel. This is what entrepreneurs want -- spending precious $$ on services that are not accessible in the first place, and wasting precious time chasing after customer support to cancel subscription. Also, never got my $500 in charged subscription fees back, nor the measly promotional credits I was offered as part of their apology. Recommend you to stay far far away!
