I purchased a wig for a Xmas gift which never arrived. I contacted the customer services for the site and met one of the rudest person to be working. I had received numerous emails telling me my shopping cart needed to be paid for. I had already paid for the item, and the money was removed from my bank account immediately. I had attempted to locate my order, however since the order was not listed as paid for, I could not locate the order on the web site. I contacted wigbuys with my issue who miraculously finds the order and informs me that the order was still in process. I explained to the associate that I was not aware that such an order can take an entire month to be deliver, and she tells me all was listed on the web site of which I never found. I asked for the order to be cancelled due to the extreme long process it was taking. The associate then pretended she could not understand me and kept repeating the same statement over and over again. I specifically requested a refund and was told that I would be charge for a item that was never received in nearly a month. I'm listing that conversation that I had with this associate to warn others who may also experience what I have experience here. This has been awful
