Ordered 3 items on July 7th. Got item 1 on July 24th. I mail them asking for items 2 and 3. They say what I have received is item 2; and that they will arrange to ship item 3 soon. I check the courier site (fedex). Item 2 is shown as delivered. Item 1 is still in transit! After countless mails sent, I am still running in circles to make these $#*!s understand what I have received and what I am yet to receive. Such jerks! And they don't even mention the word 'refund'.
