All good companies refund the money if you don't like the service or can't use the service or it is not useful for you. But this company staff refuse to refund me. I never get any notifications if someone messages me. You have go through app to see who messaged you. It is not a good site at all. It is not useful for me. I had to remove my credit card from App Store because they could not cancel my subscription from their end. No one should buy from this company.
