Disgusted - Over the years I've purchased over $20,000 of goods and services via the internet and this is the first site that I found that is a total loser. They provide no invoice # or email confirmtion and don't respond to email complaints about non delivery. There is no phone #. In my case I put an inquiry in with my credit card company after a month and then they finally sent a substitute product.
It gets worse. Even though I lifted the credit card inquiry and they were paid they then tried to collect three times the amount through a collection agency.
