The Complaints Department ignores you, I sent an email on April 20th, because it has been 1 month since I requested a refund after a scam perpetrated by them in their desk operations. I have already made a formal complaint to CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) and they are advising me on how to proceed. I still don't believe that NAGA is a serious company, make this change.
Tip for consumers:
It is a company specialized in applying financial scams, that is my assessment so far. Registered company and do not follow the laws of its headquarters country, if it is found that until the Securities and Exchange Commission is compliant with this, the case will be taken to police investigation.
