I was scammed of my hard-earned money, N85,000 on 27th of November, 2023. I tried to fund my wallet and transferred the money to their Merchant, WANGU SOLUTION but the money never arrived in my wallet. I raised an appeal through the Live Support. After some days, I was told that the Merchant did not receive the money that I should contact my bank. When I contacted my bank, my bank assured me that the transaction went successful as it is internal transfer (GTBANK to GTBANK). That if WANGU SOLUTION denied of not receiving the money, that he should contact them. When I told them what my bank said with the screenshot of the mail sent to me by my bank, I was asked to send my bank account statement of which I did and another appeal ticket was raised on my behalf. I have been contacting them for follow-up on the appeal ticket, all they keep telling me is to be patient that their core team is working on it. It is more than three weeks now yet I haven't received my money. Am I going to wait till eternity? THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
