I ordered 3x universal gator grip sockets for Christmas for my family. I ordered them in November with an expected delivery of 4-6 weeks. So I thought, no problem, until the package showed up EMPTY in the middle of February. I tried to contact their customer support and they initially responded but now they have gone quiet. I have emailed them over 6 times from 2 or 3 different email accounts, showing them my receipt and the empty package but they have done nothing to compensate me or replace it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE $50+.
