Today at 1730 20April2022 this guy who calls himself Ben who I have spoken with before regarding my refund answers the phone which a google number American Online Experts uses to hide behind. Stated I will not receive my money back in the amount discussed below in the paragraph. Ben has now disconnected the following number *******553 so I will not call him I assume. I have been asking for my refund for 5 months but American Online Experts, which is not a real company which is documented by the bank. Oh yeah Ben is not his name...

Today is 20April2022 and it has been 5 months since American Online Experts has refuse to give my refund back to me. I sent Trustpilot the documentation to inform them who they were supporting on their platform.

American Online Experts,
I have asked for my refund because you guys failed to start or complete the task you were hired to do in Nov 2021. Today it is 23 Jan 2022, and as I have stated before, I will get my money one way or the other, along with the money you guys owe other folks you have cheated over the months. I tried to make this situation easy, but I see that is not how you guys operate. Best believe you will be tracked down! This is going to be the most fun I have had in a long time.

I have asked for a refund from American Online Experts in the amount of $355.00 for over a month because they failed to complete their end of the contract and they have refused to send my money back. I even sent a request through Zelle the same way I sent the money to them. Instead, American Online Experts blocked the request according to the representative at the bank. I have spoken with a representative from American Online Experts who claim they can not send the money back to me because the amount is too small. On the other hand, I would have send $344.00 in order for the American Online Experts to send me my money back according to the representative, which will be a total of $699.00. The request doesn't make sense so I have refused to send the money and will be filing a complaint against American Online Experts. It is not right nor is it fair there are individuals who spend time stealing from other who have worked hard for their money just to be taken advantage of by a theft. My goal at this point is to put online predators like this out of business permanently. American Online Experts have taken money from the right person.
