“100% SCAMMERS outside of the US”

These people deserve a 0 start rating, SCAMMERS. I requested for help, they took my money without any work done, and if I wanted a refund they asked me to pay $250 to get a refund, when I refused, they reported me to my University. STAY AWAY!
