I ordered a hand held steamer and was sent an iron. When I applied for a return it was approved however, due to significant illness, I was unable to get to the post office in time. After contacting them a second and third time my return request was 'rejected'. I don't understand how they justify this - they sent the wrong product. This is their mistake and they are unwilling to accept the return of an incorrect item. I find them to be extremely unhelpful and very difficult to contact (but I'm sure this is intentional).
