I've been on it for about 2 weeks. I've read all the pdf's and watched all the videos but there are still many questions I need answers to.

I've figured out on my own many of the things I was asking or found "workarounds". However I have submitted several tickets 2 days before the holidays and a few since.

Finally I put all my items in 1 combined And only 1 (literally "one") question has been answered out of 7.

I really don't think they have many individuals to service the accounts. I've never had such poor service on what I think is a pretty cool site.

Hopefully they'll answer these questions so I wont have to cancel.
