Worst company ever to deal with.
Ordered a phone and their courier messed up the order. Giffgaff did nothing to help recover the phone.
Raised a complaint to giffgaff they ignore it. Their T&C's were never adhered to.
Only way to contact them is via their own online messaging service which again THEY IGNORE 95% of the time.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIFFGAFF FOR ANYTHING, BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE A COMPALONT THEY DONT CARE AND WONT RESPOND
