11/23/18 UPDATE: So, two things have happened since I wrote my first review: 1) I filed a complaint with Paypal who secured the other half of the refund amount owed me. 2) Three days ago, I received the shoes that I ordered 10 weeks ago. In any case, I won't order from them again because of the hasslesof the experience, the tracking with no real and meaningful line of sight, and the extraordinarily long delivery times. 11/03/18 REVIEW This is a company that I found out post-order is based in China, which might have given me pause had I known this at the outset. In any case, I ordered a pair of shoes online through them on 9/12/18. With a few days, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking no. And three possible ways to track the pkg. However, when I inputted the tracking no. At any of the three sites over a period of the ensuring month, there was no information provided ever about the pkg. Location. So, five weeks after placing the order, on or about 10/19/18, when I still could not track the pkg. And had not received it, I e-mailed them stating that if I had no rec'd the pkg. In a day or so, I wanted a refund. They refunded half of amount paid.
