Based upon my experience with Pinecone Research, I have found them to be biased. Before even getting any additional information from me, they rejected me simply because of my birth date. When I wrote them to complain, I did not receive any explanation nor apology, just a general statement that they will not be keeping my account information. Companies like this should have higher equality standards, especially in this day and age where we are such a diverse planet.
Tip for consumers:
Beware. For a company such as theirs, they should be welcoming diversity instead of judging potential panelists with such bias.
