I did not pass my Exam and contacted them via email. I received an email from a "Lisa" that is really probably a "Fahd" saying they are sorry. However I sent in all the information that they require for a refund and have not heard anything back on after several email attempts to contact them. I will be reporting them to IC3 and the FBI internet task force as a fraud site taking peoples money with no intent to every refund it even though they claim 100% money back guaranty if you don't pass. BOTTOM LINE, keep looking, do NOT purchase from this site
