I placed an order 2 weeks ago, and at first the customer support team was very helpful and told me the product would be shipped by 11/7/11. Well its been a week now, and I still haven't received the product I ordered. I also never received an order number or tracking (paid via paypal). I tried contacting multiple times, with no success. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but if they don't at least respond to me, I will re-review and call them a scam.
