You area terrible, fraudulent & unprofessional business and we advise STRONGLY anyone from avoiding you.
You delivered a DEFECTIVE cooling table to us, hardly responded to our emails and calls, and weren't getting us repair service (because no firm wants to work with you), and we still HAVEN'T refunded us. Calling you is a terrible experience, you wait hours in waiting lines, then you get rude and incompetent french speaking customer service although you just selected the German service, they act surprised and redirect you to the german customer service, where you wait again and get other incompetent customer service who tell you to send an email. After just wasting an hour on this, you send an email and don't get an reply.
Months after ordering they told us that they don't have any technicians and that we find one on our own. However, every firm we contacted refused to work with them!
We still need to receive our refund and wasted days on your incompetence!
I am warning you to refund us within 7 days for our order ******* with Case Number: ******* or we will take legal and public action!
