I have ordered thousands of minis from many different companies from around the globe for years. I have never had issues which I considered serious from any of them, until I ordered from Hasslefree Miniatures. Ironically, they are the only company which has been a hassle for me, and it was a major hassle. I ordered some minis in mid August 2023 from them. Expensive minis, which would have been a good chunk of income for them for very little effort. I got an automatic reply from them verifying the order and telling me it was being processed. A month later, I has heard nothing, so I sent them an email (sent as a reply to the email they sent me, as well as adding the email which they publicly list as well as another email I found on their web page, so all 3 emails addresses of theirs I could find) asking what was happening with the order. I got no response. Then I looked them up online and found out that since 2018 they have been filling orders (very slowly) for their old regular customers, but for newer customers they don't reply to emails, delete Facebook questions about orders, and orders go for years without being filled or refunded, using the excuse that they have health issues (their health issues don't seem to affect their ability to have sales on their website when they are deeply backlogged on shipping out orders from years earlier- it only affects their ability to ship out merchandise). I found on some of the review sites that people had put reviews that said their merchandise hadn't been sent out, which were 3 years old before Hasslefree bothered to reply to them, saying they will help them get their minis if they contact them. 3 years old before a response was sent! So I sent them another email 2 weeks after the first one, asking them again (to all 3 of their email addresses) what was going on with the minis. Again, no reply. So I followed the advice of people online who had waited too long to get a refund from their credit card company, and filed for a chargeback. While I was waiting for that to go through, I was also watching their Facebook page, which was hiding the comments of people who were asking what was happening with the minis they had ordered more than a year ago. They had time to hide comments but not to ship out minis. Then they had a sale on their minis. Then they had another sale on their minis. Meanwhile, it's now 2024 and I never got a reply from them (even though months ago they wrote in their newsletter that they had responded to everyone waiting for minis and are all caught up, despite new Facebook messages showing up and being hidden as quickly as they can catch them) and I have now received a refund from the credit card company, because they never replied to their emails either. In addition, I was interested in a handful of minis which were out of stock, but were "Due in 3 weeks" way back in August, so I bookmarked them. Now, in 2024, they are still all "Due in 3 weeks". I suppose if they don't ever send out minis which you have paid for that are in stock, then it doesn't matter if they take your money for minis that they have no intention of ever restocking either- it comes to the same thing. This company is a massive scam. Stay away from them, whatever you do.

Tip for consumers:
They have a long history of not shipping out merchandise for years and not responding to emails.
