Bought 2 backpacks from store. My account was debited but I did not receive email when my backpacks would be shipped. Tried to contact store but was unable to reach them. Don't know if I will receive my merchandise or not.

Hi Thomas I apologize for any lack of communication. The system should have sent you a email saying that the order was received. I am waiting for the shipping confirmation to update and would be forwarded that to you. You should have received an email showing the steps of your order. I will keep checking the tracking once I receive confirmation couier notify's me they have processed it.
