They charged me 3 years in a row without me knowing, after I cancelled my subscription (even when I tried logging into the app, it said I didn't have a subscription). Mary from customer service asked for email proof of the cancellation, then said that even if I had the email proof, they would not refund the $297 total charges from 3 years, and only $99 from the current charge from today/this year. She kept sending me generic copy and paste responses, saying to read the Terms of Service, and then she completely ghosted me, and I think it was because I realized she had lied to me about some information. I think the company should have refunded me in good faith, especially if they could see I hadn't accessed the app in the time period after I cancelled my subscription, and couldn't access it even if I tried. I'm not sure why a multi-million dollar corporation that acts like it wants to help people, couldn't help with something that was an obvious glitch on their end. I'm still confused as to why she asked me for the email confirmation and transaction numbers for all 3 years in my bank statement if they still wouldn't refund me with that proof. Something seems fishy... They were charging me, and said I didn't cancel my subscription, so then why couldn't I log into the app from the email they were charging without it saying I needed a subscription?!
