Usually I try to avoid posting bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. I ordered a purse on May 9 and have yet to receive it despite 3 emails with an automated response that they would look into it. Requested the tracking number of my order with the first email which I never received a follow up email. Tried to call and the automated message prompted me to email. Never did get a live person. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charge.
