You don't ship out $1000 + Shears in some BUBBLE WRAP. But they seem to think that's okay? Oh because they already done took our money & to add to this you still have to pay to get your shears sharpened? Ever heard of a BOX to make the shipping more secured? Poor customer service at its finest.
