“Very disappointing”

Originally quite satisfied with installation but since the unit developed a fault they have been poor at fixing it. Still waiting for a technical response after 12 days. Not helped by the fact that the nearest public Podpoint was faulty when I drive to it despite no
Warning on their app. They've got a lot of technical and service issues to sort out.
