I ordered a product form the company and after almost a month it says it is delivered but never made to my house or neighbors. I don't live in a housing addition so there is only a row of house on the road and we all know each other. We also don't porch pirates because it would require them to stop a two-lane road that is 35 MPH.
So, no help or support of trying to identify what they shipped. To me they couldn't prove they had shipped anything and I'm not sure they did.

Tip for consumers:
An online store that took and takes advantage of people.
