DON'T GO! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I brought in my RV for a failed heater and told them to repair the sail switch because the Dometic technician said due to our symptoms this would fix the heater. This was a standard warranty repair and would have been easily covered by Dometic. Instead of following the instructions in the manual and looking at the diagnostic codes which would have showed the sail switch needed to be replaced, Eagle Rock RV decided to charge us close to $1,000 to repair the thermostat WHICH WASN'T EVEN BROKEN. Then, instead of filing the claim themselves which is the normal process, they said WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR AND FILE THE CLAIM OURSELVES because they have issues getting reimbursed and the customer would have better luck. Then on top of all of this THE HEATER BROKE in less than 4 days! So we tried to get reimbursed because on the invoice it says their labor is guaranteed for 90 days. DON'T BELIEVE IT! We tried to get reimbursed and the owner Greg IGNORED US! We went someplace else to have the sail switch replaced and the heater works perfectly now! We tried to put in the claim for the thermostat repair through Dometic but they said Eagle Rock RV performed UNNECESSARY, UNAUTHORIZED repairs and declined our claim. When I went back to the owner Greg to get reimbursed HE IGNORED US and said the claim was not his claim but "MY" claim since WE PAID FOR IT! DON'T GO! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
