I've been a HUGE fan of this company. Well, I ordered a holiday gift for my son. Jersey in a shadow box. Was put together like garbage. Plexiglass keeps falling out. Tried calling to speak with someone, and all they care about is exchange or not. I don't want to pack it back up. I'll fix myself. But I want to talk with someone, express my displeasure, and see what they have to say. They could care less. Can't get anyone to call me back. This company has dropped off in a big way in the last two years.
Tip for consumers:
The item was of poor quality. The shadow box was garbage. I'll deal with it but wanted to speak with someone about the product, and how we can deal with what we received rather than returning it. It's a gift and I don't want to disappoint my son. They couldn't care less. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. It's like buying from amazon except these are very unique collectible items. Not the kind of client service that should be their model. Won't be buying again.
