If i could give 0 stars i would.
I placed an order on Mothers Day and was charged 76.16 by doordash. The actual food order was only 63.47. The order was cancelled immedietly because rest was out of an item. Instead of refunding my money, they gave me an unwanted credit on my account for 63.47. I called(chatted) to complain and literally had to argue for HOURS to get a supervisor to agree to a refund of the order 63.47 plus the one time refund of DD fees of 12.69 equaling Total refund of 76.16 and satisfied cust. They immedietly took credits off account(great. Unfortunately the next day i check bank and i only recieved 12.69 refund. So i call(chat) again and am told to wait 5 to 7 days for full refund. Well its now May 23rd and after numerous chats and 2 phonecalls i recieved refund of 50.78 instead of 63.47 im actually owed. I guess they decided against refunding their FEES of 12.69. Im super pissed because i got nothing but a headache from them and i paid 12.69 for it. They care nothing about customer service and if they STEAL 12.69 from all their customers no wonder its a billion dollar company. I have never gone online to complain about ANYTHING before but for 12.69 im going to send this review as many places as i can. Im on lockdown with nothing better to do so i may even start calling my local restaurants to tell them how doordash is ripping off THEIR customers and to switch to GRUBHUB or UBER EATS which i will now be using.
