After 1 month of ordering, items were never received. Refuse to give me a refund until the courier company responds to them. Multiple times contacting customer services and all they tell me is that we are investigating it. Horribly disappointed.
Tip for consumers:
I had to contact customer service 3x and am just told they are looking into it. I can't get a refund until their investigation is completed. Horrible way to treat customers.
