Paul Mignon took our money for work never performed. Often no showed without a call or tuned up late in afternoon to put in a few hours and disappear for weeks and months with all kinds of excuses. Borrowed tools and did not return them. Paul grouted over outlet plates instead of removing them first. The archway pass through window in the kitchen is uneven. Cabinet Handles are loose because Paul use screws that are too long and cannot be tightened anymore. Tiles are crooked.

Paul Mignon asked us to partner with him in house flipping. We did not. Paul Mignon also asked us to give him a personal loan to buy the house he was renting. We did not do that either.

I had a website built by Dan Daniel Todd's company, LawFirmSites.com a/k/a Onlywebsites.com a/k/a LawFirmSites.net.

Many many of the errors and tickets opened were because these amateurs did not check their work. Countless times I would tell the Marketing and Development Manager, Jessica Olson, this problem is another example of your team not checking their work.

Working with this group on another project to write webpages for us was a total nighmare. Who in their right mind produces web pages that are not even 200 words?! That is barely a blog! Then we had to go through this whole process of debating what constitutes a webpage. REALLY?

In my humble opinion - Stay away. For every one person that takes the time to publicly share their experience, there are many more that experienced the same headaches but did not take the time to write here.

REPLY TO DAN: Nothing changed from our side. All changes came from performing below industry standard and LawFirmSites having to bring performance up to par. Law Firm Sites consistentely under-performed. A company that has been in business for 14 years should know the minimum word count for a web page. The less than 200 words originally produced was well below industry standard. Took weeks to convince them less than 200 words is unacceptable. The elements that form a particular structure of a web page also needed revisiting. THEN, having known that this is a sole practitioner law firm, they wrote the pages as though there was more than one attorney and REFUSED TO FIX the misrepresentation. PRIOR to that project, they developed a website where there were countless mistakes made as a direct result of their staff not checking their work.

Tammy-

I am sorry you had such a bad experience. Working on this project for you was an extremely difficult task for my team as well. The constant changing requirements and requests made this whole project a nightmare for both sides.

Every client interaction can't be a positive one. It is unfortunate but we have been in business for 14 years working with law firms for a reason- we do our best for every client. Our best simply wasn't good enough for you and you decided to cancel your contract early. We wish you the very best and hope your firm grows and is successful.
