Any company who sells online merchandise but does not allow the customer the option of returning it for a refund of the price (less shipping) if it doesn't fit or work for whatever reason should not be an online merchant. It is not realistic to expect A- that every item ordered will fit or work for every customer and B-that every customer will find an alternative item to buy.again without the option to try on and return. (I was given an in-store credit when I sent my dresses back. I live in South Dakota!) If you have customers who are returning items in poor condition then punish those customers. Don't penalize all of the good customers who treat your clothing with respect while trying them on and returning them just because of the few (or many!) who are disrespectful. I will NEVER order from this company again. Makes me sad because I would have been a great customer.
