I spoke with a customer representative telling her that I am specifically allergic to nickel and asked if she could recommend a cpap mask without nickel. Spent well over an hour talking to her on the phone. She talked me into paying $30 "Assurance" in case I don't like the mask. Upon delivery I opened the package and found the mask had magnets on it, the ONE thing I specifically said I can't have. I called the company and was spoken to by another condescending customer representative that told me that I would receive a refund (only for the mask, not for the extra $30 I paid for "assurance") AND that I would have to pay to ship the item BACK to them before getting my refund! I am out $55 for their so-called insurance and return shipping! It was THEIR fault for sending me the wrong mask in the first place! I am livid! Avoid this company at all cost!
