Charged $1 then tried to charge $24.99 which I didn't authorize. The report was complete rubbish. Charges are under "BACKGROUNDLOOKER" No receipt emailed to me so I can't supply that. Went to Online Chat to cancel order & get a refund - at which point they wanted my exact name, last 6 of card & email. Not sure if this is continuation of the scam or the only way to cancel the "subscription" they claim I signed up for.

When i put the vin it shows that they found the specification and the report they asked to pay...
Terrible and they will charge your account and make it impossible to cancel without calling...
