I ordered dishes from this company and they were too heavy for my needs. I immediately reached out to the company for returns and despite sending emails over a three week period, I still did not receive the return labels for both boxes that needed to be returned. I left multiple messages and sent many emails to their support and customer service emails. This is a very unprofessional company. Buyer beware!
