Extremely disappointing services, I wish there was a negative rating.
I am writing this review after having my profile for Canada visa from 3 years with Abhinav. My Express entry profile creation had started in the year 2020 and for 3 years they have literally just slept on my profile and wasted my time. My overall CRS score was 462, they kept saying you have a very good score and you will get an ITA soon but nothing happened, they just took the money and kept my profile aside.
They never took any initiative on their own, every single time for every small thing I had to make several calls to them to get an update on my profile. They will never answer your call in the first go, you have to keep calling them and writing several emails to get an update. The case manager who handled my profile(Lalita) was extremely arrogant and rude and had restricted knowledge.
Falling in trap with their sugar coated talking, I had even applied for Canada visitor visa through them as I had a family member in Canada who urgently
Needed my help. I wanted to get my visa asap and they said I would get my visitor visa within 15 days to 1 month I was hopeful that they will help me with my visa, but they again proved me wrong, the same behavior repeated. My visitor visa got rejected and they did not even help me out with the reapplication. Even when my visa was rejected I had found that on my own, again they did not even bother to inform that my visitor visa is rejected and what steps do I need to take further. When I took things to the manager(Elvis Mathew) I did not get any support from him, infact he was completely protecting his colleagues from being exposed.
Overall I had spent almost a lakh on abhinav agency - ******* for the express entry profile, ******* for the visitor visa, but did not get any result and it was a complete waste of time depending on them

To everyone who is applying for a visitor visa or PR I suggest you to please do it on your own instead of pouring your hard earned money into such money making agencies and not get anything done.
