I paid them in Feb 2011 for a pre-order of zhu zhu pets (new ones coming out) and still have not received my item. They have them listed on their website for others to order, yet i have not received mine-it's always in the next couple weeks. Now the stores have had these items for the past month, pre-order to me means you get them first so your on top of the game, not the last person in line selling something everyone already now has. They have had my money for over 3 months and now it's too late to file anything with paypal. I keep requesting a refund but they just keep telling me my shipment will be in soon, that the bad things in Japan put their shipments behind... well why do they have them listed on their website for any "joe" to purchase tonight? They do not treat their customers fairly, they take your $ and use it for their advantage-kinda like making interest off of it. Customer satisfaction is at the bottom of theirl list
