It is based in Czech Republic and they don't care about their customers and greedy for selling tickets. Read their terms and condition before you get tickets.If you miss your flight and they try to get away from it and make excuses continuously. Be careful about selling tickets operated by Thomas cook airline. There are no any customer right between company and avoid their responsibilities.
