Sent back my return with Smart Label 3 weeks ago, but no record left with it.
Only thing you receive are from USPS saying that they do not have a control over the Newgistics, Newgistics don't bother to response at all and the retailer who sent the label keep saying the same like a parrot "package was not scanned".
What would you do if you dropped off the package into a mail box as instructed, and it's gone. It will be totally your lost like my merchandise near $100.00 worth is gone.
Do not trust this carrier and don't drop it off into a mail box.
Make sure to get the acceptance receipt from the front desk of the post office.
