I heard from co-workers how great ILK is. After himming and hawing... I purchased an intro set. After a month or two... I finally schedule my first day. It was bright and early on a Saturday... and we know how precious sleep is for a mom of 2. Anyways, as Nicole told me, I was all smiles the entire class. I enjoyed myself and can't wait to fit in more sessions. I had no problems keeping up with the class, even with my limitations. I was accommodated, encouraged and supported the entire time. Even fellow classmates were great! Till my next session!
