I order a watch that cost almost $300. I correctly inputted both my billing and shipping address. Between Pricefalls and Areatrend, someone printed the shipping label wrong, listing my billing zip code instead of my shipping zip code. Similar to the experience as the customer above, I contacted Pricefalls when the post office held the package and refused to release it to me. Having full access to my order, and able to see that I did not enter in the address wrong, the "customer service" (if you want to call it that) agent informed me that I was incorrect, (and strongly implied that I was lying about whose fault it was) and that because the ENTIRE INCIDENT WAS MY FAULT, there was nothing Pricefalls was willing to do. Ultimately, the chat person said "we just provide the platform. If you want to handle it yourself, contact the seller." I still do not have the package, and still do not have a refund. Areatrend was equally as unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take zero responsbility for misprinting shipping addresses, and simply pass the buck. Your time is better spent simply buying directly from the seller, as their customer service department offers literally NOTHING in the way of customer service. I am now out almost 300 bucks, and do not have the package to show for it. Thanks, Pricefalls.
