I ordered two international flag shirts. One was a long sleeve shirt. The other one was a polo. Coming from China, I thought I should order them a little bit large, especially after looking at the sizing chart. So I ordered an extra large when I normally wear a large. After a month, I finally got the package with the two shirts. The long sleeve shirt says extra large, but it is like a double extra large. The polo shirt says extra large, but it is like a small. I tried to contact customer service, and they said no exchanges allowed and no refunds. Never heard of a company not giving exchanges for sending incorrect sizes no matter whose fault it was. Never heard of a company not giving exchanges for sending incorrect sizes, whether no matter whose fault it was. Very disappointing with the company. Would not recommend them.
