I had a Dorco razor and the handle broke. The pot metal is so cheap that the flanges holding the blade broke. I not only called the company to ask for a replacement, I shipped the broken handle to them for inspection. They never called back or emailed back, or answered the phone. When I mentioned this to the customer service rep at Harry's (their competition) Harry's shipped me a new starter set free ---including shave cream! The difference in customer service means I am telling anyone who listens to never buy Dorco or Pace. Harry's is the way to go.
