I ordered flowers from their website, and paid for the same day delivery. They sent an email saying that my order couldnt be completed same day, and talked over chat with a representative. They said that they were sorry and that they couldnt find a florist to do a same day delivery and would waive the same day fee, upgrade my purchase, and make sure that the delivery would be placed next day. Was worried from reviews that the flowers would end up badly, but just received a photo and they look really good! It can be really hit or miss depending on the florist they use. If you want to make sure you order good flowers, go through your local florist, but overall my experience with them was fairly good. The live chat was helpful, just wish they had an order tracking, but that would be more on the florist's side.
