Heartland America advertises products they know they cannot ship and then cancels the order without notifying the consumer. Although they have never charged me for an item not sent, it is frustrating to be waiting for something that will never arrive. I have tried to get the U.S. Postal Service involved stating this is false advertising but as long as this company pays taxes the federal government does not care. Additionally, there is no way of contacting this company. Yes, they have a contact number and email address but I have never received a response.

We do offer pre-orders on some items, and with shipping delays or other issues with vendors, we may have to cancel orders if they fall through.
