I had a brand new Samsung Galaxy S 21 in the box with all accessories and pamphlets and instructions. I paid cash for it at the T Mobile store. I was quoted over $300 to send it to ocbuyback. Of course, once they received the phone there were issues in particular they told me i had financed the phone LIE then they returned it with nothing included not evn the box now the phone is useless as everyone wants at least the charger and they are refusing to return even that
Tip for consumers:
do even think about ocbuyback just toss your phone in the trash

I have looked at your order details and am all caught up. You submitted an order for an unlocked Galaxy S21 Plus. Unfortunately your device is still locked to T-Mobile and not carrier unlocked. Your device also shows a financed status with T-Mobile. Unfortunately we do not accept devices that are still being financed or on a payment plan. This is clearly stated on the website when going through the quoting process. We promptly returned the device back to you at our cost. When customers send devices in we only require the device itself. Any accessories or boxes do not get stored away, they are immediately recycled. We clearly state this in our FAQ and terms of service page.
