The sofa arrived with a fault or tear in the fabric, various threads sticking out, scuffed fabric, and the sides didn't match. Overall, the quality was very poor for the price of the sofa [over £2,700]. I said that it wasn't of merchantable quality and to either give me a massive discount or a full refund. They offered £65 discount which was insulting, when I had spent over £2,700, so I went with the full refund. They managed to pick the sofa up within three days, but it's over a week and I'm still waiting for the refund. The men who picked the sofa up had a bad attitude and moaned that it was inconvenient when I made them take their shoes off as we have new carpets and they had not brought shoe covers. What is actually inconvenient is having no sofa and not being able to order a new one as Cocoon have our money. They did not start processing the refund until we hassled them up after waiting 5 days. So we're looking at a 2 weeks from the sofa being removed to receiving the refund. The sofa is generally cheaply made. If it had cost £1000 to £1300 I'd probably have kept it, knowing that in a few years I 'd get another one, but for £2.5k I expect it to last a decade and a Cocoon sofa really won't.
